The restaurant here was very accommodating with a view of the beach, we both ordered delicious dishes. Plus we had a lovely, small balcony and a coffee table. The location was unbeatable and excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Its location was marvellous and gorgeous, happy to be away from CBD-good Cafes etc, and in a really quiet area. St. Clair district was worth staying in.

It was a very good place to stay in Dunedin. The executive queen studio was brand-new with comfortable couch and the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent.
The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, the location is absolutely stunning, right by the seafront. I loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves and having a balcony with a fabulous sea view. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with attention to detail and a comfortable bed. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

The location of the Resort is the star appeal. However, the room was very clean ,comfortable and spacious. The Bar and Restaurant offered a very pleasant area to eat and drink and the service was very good. However, I stayed here just over a month ago and there seemed to be no (or little) change to the menu. I took advatage of the $60.00 late check out offer which was very advantageous as I had a late afternoon flight, and this I think is value for money. I also appreciated the chilled water service in the pm.
No free wifi connection in the room. No water, fresh milk or soft drink available in the room fridge (even if there was a charge for it).
